===== Auto fahren =====

Aus dem [[http://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/stvo_2013/__23.html|§23 StVO]] haben Gerichte hergeleitet, dass der Fahrer eines Autos auf geeignetes Schuhwerk zu achten hat.
Bei einem Kausalzusammenhang zwischen dem Barfußfahren und einem Unfall bekommt man eine Mitschuld zugesprochen.
Eine Ordnungswidrigkeit ist es jedoch nicht.
